Failed to get hosts from webservice Error:undefined

This error indicates a damaged host entry in your A2 database. While rare, the solution is to run the following command:

wget -q -O - http://www.quadricsoftware.com/support/scripts/clear_hosts.sh | bash

After running this command, you will need to re-enter your host(s) in the Hosts page and re-license them.
