A3 and Citrix Management Agent (XenTools)

When you look at XenCenter, you may notice the following details on your A3 virtual appliance:

From the "Management Agent not installed" line, you may want to install the Xen Tools on the A3, but this is not necessary.

The A3's kernel ships with the latest drivers to ensure the highest possible I/O performance under Citrix Hypervisor/XCP-ng, so no additional benefits could be gained from an agent. If you note anything other than the line "I/O optimized", reach out to our support team, otherwise you're all set!
