Enabling Remote Support
Problem: Quadric Software support requests remote access to your A3 environment.
Solution: Allow remote support in the Quadric Software portal for your A3 and ensure correct ports are open.
To enable remote support at our request, please log into portal.quadricsoftware.com and go to "Manage A3s". Then use the "Allow Support" slider to open support access.
After doing so, please check your firewall to ensure UDP 13333 is open outbound.
