Mount fails with "No such device"

Problem: You are attempting to connect your A3 to your storage using SMB/CIFS and receive the error "No such device".

Solution: Reboot

If you receive the following error, or similar,

mount: mounting //[some.ip]/[some_share] on /mnt/ads failed: No such device

then reboot the A3 and try again. This error occurs because the CIFS kernel module is not yet loaded on your A3 VM. A reboot will cause it to be loaded.
