Resolving invalid physical system tokens

Problem: If instructed by support to resolve an issue with invalid UUIDs for physical systems, follow this article.

To run the support script, take the following steps:

1. Log into the A3 console
2. Choose option 4 for shell
3. Type the following command, exactly:

wget -q -O - http://www.quadricsoftware.com/download/support/scripts/phys_uuid_fix.sh | bash

This command must be typed exactly. The "O" above is a capital letter proceeded by a hyphen (-).

After doing so, physical hosts will be corrected to use proper UUID conventions.

NOTE: Running this script may produce output that includes error messages. These can be ignored.
