Problem: RestoreFS Not available (uuid.list missing). Is the DataEngine service running?

Solution: Check for common storage-level errors and reboot

The restoreFS is the filesystem responsible for furnishing backup data. If it has problems, it's likely your storage is disconnected, full, or intermittent. Check for

• Free space on the ADS and ODS
• Free space on the A3 system disk
• common kernel storage errors (type "sudo dmesg" on the console to report these)

After checking for these issues, reboot the A3 and confirm services start correctly.

If issues persist, examine the engine.log at /home/alike/logs/engine.log for errors and crosscheck the KB for interventions.
