How to Download the Support.tar

Quadric Software support may request your support.tar in order to support you better. Here's how to download it. After downloading it, please attach it to the case. If it cannot be attached due to size, please kindly upload it to a third-party upload site and furnish Quadric Software the link to download it.

1) Click on "Tools"

2) Click on "System Logs"

3) Click on "Hammer and Wrench"
