Logging into Freshdesk with Single-Signon


Quadric Software uses Freshdesk as its public-facing technical support desk. To access technical support, please consult this KB:

If you want to view a support case in your browser, you will need to log into portal.quadricsoftware.com first. After doing so, click on the support case in the portal. You will then may be presented with the following screen:


Click on the "login here", circled in red. After doing so, you will be redirected to the Freshdesk portal.
